This streaming 15 minute practice will guide you through a series of breath work, meditation, movement, and dance to express pent-up feelings that have been producing harm in your relationships and experiences. Part of a series of short sessions, it is designed to be repeated at least 3 times per day for anywhere from 3 to 7 days. When you only have one session to work with, an optimal dose is 4 times per day for 3 days.

A dance artist and movement scholar, I help people feel to flourish. I have spent over 30 years studying, performing and using African Diaspora dance as divine medicine. In a constant state of healing from Multiple Sclerosis, I'm a testimony to the power of our soles in motion. I’m told I am a visionary rhythm-maker — a manifestor with roots in ancestral wisdom and branches reaching toward radical futures. I spin joy into strategy, blending movement, ritual, and storytelling into a living architecture of community. Whether I’m hosting a barefoot somatic dance beneath elder trees, mapping out Fibonacci-timed sprints with my Betterfly Chart™, or curating a sober, somatic cruise with quantum storytelling, I lead like a choreographer of possibility. I have a doctorate in Performance Studies from Northwestern and extensive training in traditional, collaborative performance from the African Diaspora. I use performance as a pathway to reintegrate humans into the joyful network that is life on earth.
